These Terms apply when using Textbookly services, including software, tools, and websites. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which outlines our data handling practices.
We are Textbookly.
We operate the website "Textbookly.ai" (the "Site"), along with any related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").
These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), regarding your access to and use of the Services. By accessing the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. All users who are minors in their jurisdiction (generally under the age of 18) must have permission from, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to use the Services. If you are a minor, you must have your parent or guardian read and agree to these Legal Terms before using the Services.
We recommend that you print a copy of these Legal Terms for your records.
To access TextBookly services, you must be 13 or older. Those under 18 need parental or guardian consent. If you are representing someone else, ensure you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf. Provide accurate details during registration. Do not share your access details outside your group; you are responsible for all actions taken under your account.
The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would violate law or regulation, or subject us to any registration requirement. Accordingly, those who access the Services from other locations do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
The Services are not designed to comply with industry-specific regulations (such as HIPAA or FISMA). If your interactions are subject to such laws, you may not use the services. You may not use the Services in a manner that violates the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).
Access and Use: You are permitted to access TextBookly services in accordance with these Terms. Ensure compliance with these guidelines and all relevant laws. All rights, titles, and interests in the Services belong to us and our affiliates.
Limitations: Please refrain from: (1) abusing the Services to infringe upon any rights; (2) attempting to decipher our source code or algorithms; (3) using our Service outputs to create competing models; (4) employing unauthorized methods, such as scraping, to extract data from our Services; (5) falsely claiming Service outputs as human-made or violating our Usage Policies; (6) trading API keys without our prior consent; (7) submitting personal details of minors below 13 or any relevant age of digital consent; (8) adhering to our rate limits and documentation. TextBookly services are only available in supported regions.
External Services: If you use third-party software or services with ours, they will have their own terms. We are not responsible for these third-party entities.

By accessing TextBookly services, you affirm and guarantee that: (1) Your registration details are genuine, accurate, up-to-date, and comprehensive; (2) You will maintain the accuracy of this information and promptly update any changes; (3) You have the legal authority to accept these Service Guidelines; (4) You are 13 years of age or older; (5) You are not considered a minor in your jurisdiction, and if you are, you have secured parental consent; (6) You will not access our Services through automated means like bots or scripts; (7) You will not exploit our Services for any illegal or unauthorized activities; and (8) Your interactions with our Services will comply with all applicable regulations. If you provide any false, outdated, or incomplete information, TextBookly reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and may deny current or future service usage.
Your Submissions: You can input data into TextBookly Services ("Input") and receive generated outputs based on that Input ("Output"). Together, they form the "Content." You retain ownership of all Input. In accordance with these Terms and relevant laws, TextBookly transfers all rights and claims over the Output to you, allowing you to use Content for any purpose, including commercial pursuits, as long as you comply with these Terms. TextBookly may interact with the Content to deliver, maintain the Services, comply with laws, and enforce our guidelines. You are responsible for the content, ensuring its compliance with laws and these guidelines.
Uniqueness Factor: Due to the nature of machine learning, outputs may not be unique among users. TextBookly may generate identical or similar outputs for multiple users.
Validity Check: AI and machine learning are evolving fields. TextBookly strives to enhance its Services for accuracy and reliability. Given the unpredictable nature of machine learning, there may be instances where the Service delivers incorrect outputs. For critical applications, it is advisable to verify the Output's accuracy, including human confirmation if necessary.
Content Enhancement and Services: We prohibit unauthorized use or access to our API. Any attempts to obtain, duplicate, or exploit our API unlawfully will result in legal action.
